Hacking Dip-IOS v1.0
For some reason whenever I run this program it freezes right after it has downloaded the IOS to SD. It doesn't install the patched IOS. My wii will also freeze when I try to install USB cIOS 202. Anyone know why? Thanks Im on 4.1 cios rev14 everything else works great.. backup loaders, HBC...- nekrad

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
