Hi...realy need a help here...I update my 3ds CFW firmware to Sys 11.9.0-42U ang my LUMAS icon missing and unable to used TitleDB wit some error...any advise...tq- Mazlan

Hi there...I managed to mod my Japan console with the CFW have all the FBI, Lumas and able to play download games CIA...I plan to do Region Changer for the UI Japan to English and got a question...After do the Region changer...what will not work other than the eShop??....tq- Mazlan
