    The PS Plus version is not upgradeable. You can still upgrade your disc version, though. The disc must be inside.

    For some time, I used nxmtp to mount the SD, transfer the files and install them locally. Then, I met NUT Server and never looked back. It's so much easier. For both, an USB connection to the PC is required. No need to turn off airplane mode.

    Thank you, @m4xw ! I hope it gets improved with file sizes up to 4GB. In recent months, @liuervehc 's closed source nxmtp has been incredible useful for me and many others. And new solutions are always welcome.

    Just remember, the original Psychonauts from 14 years ago is playable via backwards compatibility on XBO. And was re-released for PS4 (Sony wants you to pay again). It is US$ 9.99 in both platforms, but the PS4 version is US$ 2.49 for a limited time (7/09 to 7/23).

    So far I only had one error: when trying to transfer a single 7 GB .XCI file to a 512 GB exFAT formatted MicroSD card. Tried two times, it hangs at 4 GB transfered. I guess it was the file size. I used XCI-to-Split-NSP and the problem was solved.
