Solved!!!! Thanks so much @Skirlez !!! The thread you suggest to me had the answers, thanks for saving me. The problem resides in the themes I've downloaded with anemone, which is quite worrying!! These are the steps I took to solve this problem:- Sen_714

Mhhh I'm not sure but I think I made a backup because I followed the tutorial on 3dshacks and it said to go on godmode 9 and do some stuff..- Sen_714

I've already tried disabling that. When I do, it doesn't show the crash alert, the screen just stays black auto When I remove the sd card, it boots normally, only my downloaded games aren't there obviously. Ehehe I have a question... So up until now I've been using Steeldiver to launch the Homebrew Channel. However, now that I have CFW, I am able to launch Homebrew from the Home menu on 3ds. Question is, can I delete steeldiver? Will homebrew still work if I delete it?- Sen_714

This actually works x) I am COMPLETELY new to the 3DS hacking scene yet the guide was so easy to follow. I recommend this guide to anyone new. If you are scared about bricking, don't be. But if you really don't want to do it, that's fine (I made a gbatemp account just to post this comment)- Sen_714
