No, but I can't switch it 480p when using Av cables because the option is grayed out and I can't switch it while using the converter because the screen is blank.- SkinnyBee

There isn't anything to change, the converter only has ports for hdmi and 3.5 mm audio. No switches or anything on it.- SkinnyBee
