Thanks, the whole process went very smooth. I set up Emunand but not in a hidden partition (didn't want to format my 200 GB SD), then updated with ChoiDujourNX to 8.1.0.
Console has never been online and shouldn't be in the future either, I do have the original NAND backup and I haven't used EMUNAND so far. So what's the best way to go here, update SXOS to 2.8 and then use ChoiDujours to update firmware?
I am ok with defining gender solely based on your genitals. But once you have transitioned it should be adjusted and not say your old gender in the papers. Gender is binary except in very rare cases. Gender != sexual identity. Somebody with a penis should only be allowed to use men's bathrooms...
Yeah, right until the point where the next owner asks the shop what is going on, they check who was the previous owner and you end up with a law suit. Very good idea. Another good idea is not to go online with a modded Switch to not get banned in the first place.
LOL, and you wonder why you got banned. It's not like Nintendo can't see from your profile activity which games you played and check if you own them. If you don't want to get banned, don't go online. Simple. Your console got flagged long before by your constant connections to Nintendo's server...
It isn't and that's why you should always have turned them down. But really there is nothing shady going on here, if you are employed your employer can ask you not to work on competing software in your free time. That's business as usual.
I do wonder if they send their legal team as well. They do know which account used which game, they know which Nintendo Online account is connected with it, they have the IP and the time of access, if they want to they can go after every pirate personally. I'd actually be surprised if they don't...
Do people keep them in for minutes or what? You're supposed to have it in for mere seconds, until the SXOS screen flashes. The caps are fully loaded after five seconds.
Took them long enough. You'd think this would be an easy fix. Now let's see if they are smart enough to include console IDs in the downloads of eshop games so they can backtrack pirated copies on the internet and go after the people that bought them and then published them. Looks like piracy...
So with SX emunand is this old news? Because now you can just upgrade as early as possible to the newest firmware in emunand and if there are problems you simply downgrade? Should be the perfect tool for testing new firmwares in a safe environment.
When you decide to do it you remove your SD card, restore your NAND backup, update, create a new NAND backup, insert your SD card and keep doing what you are doing.
I got into the scene as well just two weeks ago and all I really needed to do was to read the sticky threads about which serial number I need and what software to run.
