    A nand backup is an image of your nand at the moment it was made, including whatever game saves you had. If you restore nand without making backup of your CURRENT game saves then they will be LOST because your nand will be wiped clean and rewritten over with the back up nand.

    Use a partitioning software that support editing exfat partition, use its cloning function to duplicate the old sd card byte for byte to the new one. If there is left over space then you can expand to fill the unalocated space.

    Find your switch's ip address from your router, or the switch's network setting page once it is connected. Then fire up your ftp client app, plug in that ip address to the address bar, leave username and password blank, port should be 5000. If jt doesnt work try port 21.

    Risk of avoiding ban = close to 0 Ideally you want to back up your NAND in a fresh state wjth nothing installed, no game played so your eMMC is blank. Now you can play games and make saves backup with Checkpoint which will make a backup of your saves o your sd card so you can restore them later.

    Use traceroute on those urls you want to block, get its destination IPs, then route them to your router's IP address and they will never go anywhere.
