    Yeah, definitely do not have emunand on my sd card, so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm currenlty using SD OS 2.5.3. Funny you mention that, I had to originally use 2.0.1 as I needed a version compatible with OFW 1.0.0. Once I upgrade to 6.0.1 I was able to start using SX 2.5.3 without issue...

    I've tried that... several times now. Each time I end up with the SX OS red screen which says "BOOT.dat?". I'm using Ease US Partition Master to create the 128GB fat32 partition. Is there a different piece of software I should be using for setting up the card, perhaps? All things remaining...

    When you say "the guide" are you referring to this? This one does specifically call out that you need a 32GB card. I read somewhere else that a full NAND backup was 29.something GB.
