    I can reinstall CFW and download the games and apps individually again, I'm trying to understand how to transfer the saves. I was watching a video where the guy was using save backups and Checkpoint. Basically you make sure to have all the games and at least launched them once to backup them...

I have Luma CFW installed on the o3ds through ntrboot (I have the flashcart so I can install CFW on the 2dsXL once I buy it if necessary) but I cannot find a guide on transferring the save data, games...
