Homebrew RELEASE hacbuildGUI - A graphical user interface for hacbuild
you need the XCI_header_key in a keys.txt file in the same folder path as the exe. However I can't seem to find it from usual sources so i can't help you here, sorry pal. Maybe someone in the know can show us the right path.- fordyi

On a particular dark website there are some individual update files for games such as Xenoblade and splatoon.
