    Type your command without " python seedminer_launcher.py ID0 and not "python seedminer_launcher.py ID0" Another idea is to uninstall pyton and reinstall it. One of the last windows should have a unchecked checkboy with the ooption to add pyton to PATH. Chech it and try it again.

    open Powershell and type "CMD" as first command. That will open CMD in powershell.

    Check your moveable.sed. Maybe the ID0 was allready added. Are you using Powershell oder CMD as console? auto @Itachi9218 your mined movable.sed
