    Actually it has always been this way, and by always i mean the whole 2 days im using homerew on the 3ds:D i immediately installed a cia and it happened. In case this helps, i used a boot9strap flashcard to be able to stay on the current firmware, and accessed / installed homebrew via soundhax...
