Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

Not really. This is really only for games that need 3.61+ firmware to run. Emulators should be running in user mode so i don't think they'll take advantage of the backend libraries that have gotten updated/will be getting updated.

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

No idea. I think the updater has a fairly good success rate that if you follow the steps it should work. Like anything homebrew/enso related your warranty was out the door when you even thought about henkaku so there's always a chance of ending up with a brick. With the updater however i...

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

config.txt in the ur0:/tai folder. Put hash tags in front of the plugins you installed (ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx for example - change it to #ur0:tai/gamesd.skprx). Before doing any of this you're going to need a sony memory card to use to install the updater on to once you comment out the plugin...

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

Run the enso installer. Hit 0 to get to the menu, hit triangle to uninstall enso. You need to do this to run the updater. If the confusion is the wording "enso patch" I'm fairly sure you can just remove patch and read that as "remove enso". If you're talking about unlinking the memory card...

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

Same problem i had.... You need to copy the psp2updat.pup file into the directory after you install the update.vpk file. The update.vpk file will delete everything in the /app/UPDATE365 directory and install itself there.

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

all the plugins should be in the ur0:/tai directory. You don't need to remove the plugins, you could leave the skprx files in there, just edit the config.txt file and comment them out when they're called (put a # in front of them). After the update you'll have to add them after the *KERNEL tag...

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

Yes. Just use the browser to start henkaku. You should probably remove your plugins in enso as well if you're using any. The flow has updated nonpdrm and gamesd skprx files on his github repositories that are compatible with 3.65 so grab those and update afterwards.

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

I'm not sure, but i think he's treating enso as a patch for henkaku that autoloads henkaku. Basically if you don't uninstall enso, when you start the update application it'll ask you to uninstall it and you'll be stopped at that part.

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

Read my post. When you install the updater it deletes everything in the folder and installs into the app/UPDATE365 directory. For a while i thought it was unpacking the update file, but it's not. Just put the update file in there and you should be good.

Hacking HENkaku Enso for 3.65 Released

Got it to work. I thought i should share some stuff i found. Create the app folder and UPDATE365 first. Don't run VitaShell before updating, that'll screw up the update (gives you a warning to reboot). Upgrade vitashell to 1.82 and then use AppStorageManager to move it to ur0 (you should have...

Hacking Suppress Update Now / Later after launching PKG

nothing. That's what the blocker creates. It creates folders based on the names of the update files so that the update file can't be put into the directory. To be honest it's probably a result from the block in place. The system sees something called ps4update.pup and lets you know it...

Hacking Remote Play PC without updating PS4

Also, lets just say that i've given up on trying to enable remote play. I'd like to get it enabled, but there's big issues with it. The biggest issue with remote play is that sony left it up to the publisher to allow it or not. There are games (Lots of gundam games for example) in which the...

Hacking Remote Play PC without updating PS4

I'm not really sure if the replies are true or not. Remote play initialization is tied to psn, but once it's been initialized and turned on i don't believe you need to even be connected to the internet for it to function with remote play. At least i've read where people who were still on 1.76...

    Hacking SD2Vita and PSVD

I've gotten it to work with the 3g adapter being a usb (uma0) device and the sd2vita being the ux0 device. I've been butchering the code to try and get the drivers unified, but no luck. I ended up getting it to work, but someone else can verify if what i'm saying is how it works. First of all...

    Hacking Mai Dump Tool problem

I know this is a crazy idea, but has anyone got a hold of the source code for mai? It shouldn't be that hard to fix that too many games bug, but i can't seem to locate the source anywhere.

Hacking How to remove sd2vita from card slot.

There is a new version of the sd2vita card that comes with a plastic shell. I believe it's the plastic shell that pushes against the springs like normal carts, not the electronics.

Hacking How to remove sd2vita from card slot.

I've tried tweezers but it didn't work out. What did is using a screw driver to rock the card back and forth. This will eventually loosen up the connection at the bottom and it will eventually get to the point where you can grab it and pull it the rest of the way out.

    Hacking issue with mai tool

So with all the new SD cards coming out, does anyone have a fix for mai tools? Specifically if you install too many games and try and go to the option to change the boot type, it freezes and crashes. It's pretty similar to if you fill the directory with too many games to install at once.

    Hacking Weird SD2Vita Issue

I did this as well and it fixed my space issue. I would assume that with bigger cards, the cluster size by default is larger than 64k (128k i believe for 256 gig micro sd cards). For whatever reason, the 128k cluster size doesn't work correctly. I'm guessing here, but the driver for reading...
