    In that case, I will be more specific about the file. it is called soundcompress.bin and it is a file within the ISO of Nintendo Puzzle Collection. I believe it may contain the BGM and SFX for the game, and I wish to access these files.

    tiksweep... hm. I'll give it a look. I have tried deleting the dlc for it already, of course, but to no avail.

    i just googled it and found it, at any rate. As I said though, instead of completing it, it suspends at the end, and doesn't install it just like how CIAngel says "Could not install the CIA"

    Update: I think I found the site you mentioned, but it seems to be giving me a similar problem to CIAngel where it suspends instead of completing. I'll try tikshop and see if that works as well.

    I tried downloading the dlc with CIAngel and it gave me the error "Could not install the CIA." In freeshop, it shows only the "delete DLC" button, which is odd because I possess none. What do I do?
