Yes... There is no way to unban, but, you can with the SystemConfigTool? I know someone named ToonRudy who was able to play Splatoon after an ID ban without Unbanning, how? auto But me I turned off the Wii U with Level 1 xDDD- Dani25Inkling

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
