ROM Hack [Release] ultraSuMoFramework - NTR Plugin for Ultra SuMo
I, like others, haven't been able to get this working on o3DS. I updated luma, replaced my boot.firm file, put the .plg file in luma/plugins/(title ID of Ultra Sun)/, and clicked "Enable Plugin Loader"(I made sure that my screen went green). I have a 3ds XL with CFW, it's on 11.4, I think. Recently, it got a bit wet and is now broke. I bought another 3ds XL, and now want to use my old SD card on this newer 3ds. It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid

Ship to ship communication software for the Navy although without access to the encrypting chips it was mostly useless
