I don't know anything about a dynamic music patch. I do know that PSP is your best bet for Persona 1 due to the English PS1 version being neutered and wonked around with by the atlus of then. -

lmao i live in the US and it's another 40 dollars for unlimited at the only ISP worth a damn speeds/"reliability"-wise in my area because CenturyLink is bad and this is not even counting people living in other countries both north and south of the equator where sure, they may not have data caps...- rwbonesy
