Been trying this today, and I've got to the Section II - Installing arm9loaderhax I get the glitched screen, but followed the troubleshooting and pressed select, waited a minute then pressed a button to shut down. I currently have 2 O3DS's, one on Firmware 9.4 which I've read I can downgrade to 9.2 , and one on Firmware 7.1.0-14E. Bad news is that BitLocker was cracked, so somebody could use a Pi Pico and probe the LPC pads on the motherboard to grab the key.+1
