    I have been using the HBL through SoundHax all this time, but I did not install CFW. My exact version is 11.4.0-37U. Is there any way to get access to the HBL? Friend Code is 2208 9761 3448. It's a new 3DS. Also, is there a way to install CIA's? Thank you for your help.

    New 3DS, ver. 11.3.0, SoundHax, no CFW. I downloaded Retroarch and Cave Story Deluxe. When I went to the NXEngine.3dsx and loaded Cave Story Deluxe in load content, Retroarch didn't recognize it. Should I use a different version of Cave Story?
