RAM does hugely help in certain games but this collection isn't one of those. But if you want to try it yourself you can safely use the 1882 MHz setting. You need a different version of sysclk for that though. For example sysclk uncapped or oc suite
I misunderstood then sorry, personally I never heard of something like that. Not saying you're wrong or anything but I sadly don't have cards to test this
On flash storage it depends on how much data changes on the same blocks in the filesystem, my SD Card from 2017 and the one I bought from 2023 are almost identical. It seems that you were very unlucky if it just wasn't data corruption
Yeah works for MGS3:
010047F01AA10000 > romfs > us
Takes a long ass time to copy onto an sd card though
I did some running around the grass patches and I think it also fixed the audio bug, wtf Konami
MGS 2 Tanker ran fine and feels really good indoors
MGS 3 seems to crash when entering the bridge cutscene (the one with the wasp nest where snake smiles)
EDIT: The crash only happens when RAM OC is applied
