Put the images in your folder_images folder... choose custom folders from Settings --> Pages/folder structure, after sorting your games, click on the picture on the right side and that opens up your images.. choose your image and proceed.
No they don't need to be that large... you can resize...
Is there a way to get full screen using the nesce emulator and not retroarch?
I really thought that in a previous version (prior to retroarch) of hakchi we could "stretch" the image to full screen... for whatever reason I really thought there was a way... but I don't remember for sure...
It should work though the .fig and .swc are not as common of a rom dump... they actually were dumped from a device called the "Super Wild Card".
Pretty sure that snes9x and zsnes (pc versions of the emulators) had support for these extensions... if you are not having luck with it, look for a...
Odd, pretty sure you are over... my system clean only has 300MB of total space...
Cores, saves and box art all take up space as well...
The NES system restore will wipe out all save spots and and allow you to choose your language again... nothing more...
If you are talking about the hmods, no, once you upload them, they are on your system and will only be uninstalled if you uninstall them. If you have the retroarch configuration installed, you can select the config and choose load cores to see what cores you currently have installed.
I only...
With the newest version of hakchi2 it takes about 1-2 minutes to upload the roms. Ask I have done in the past was load my nes roms then go to synch add them to my needs folders then press cancel save the folder structure then add my snes rooms and do the same and keep doing it for whatever...
This has happened to me 1 time with v14_rc5... turned the system off, unplugged the controller and plugged it back in... worked like a charm... haven't had any other problems with it since...
I copy the contents of:
config - to keep my folder structure
data - to keep my modified gamegenei database
dump - already dumped the original, no need to dump a modded one
folder_images - to keep all my customer fodler images
games - to load up all my games with no problems
user_mods - don't...
Maybe right click and choose run as administrator? Runs just fine for me under windows 10 Pro x64
Also make sure that no other version of Hakchi is open... perhaps even try to reboot your computer (though I never had to do that, you never know)
Read the error message... there is not enough space on the disc to store the data... you may have used spaced from save files, mods, etc... delete some games or clear your save files... then the upload will work...
Not sure if it will help, but maybe try editing the .cfg file for the controller in "user_mods\retroarch.hmod\retroarch\etc\libretro\joypad_autoconf\clovercon1.cfg"
Not sure if it will work, but worth a shot...
Should be something like this (though not sure if this got changed on you or not)...
I don't have a 3rd party controller to test for sure, but I can say that hakchi2 14_rc1 is awesome! No need to turn off the system to load games... to upload 229MB literally took me less than 5 minutes... don't even have to touch the reset button anymore!
Just don't go over the limit for the...
I have been enjoying 2.14rc1 and I have to say... I love it! If your official release has any more features it will be awesome! Keep up the excellent work!
@SylverReZ, I also heard one of the Prince of Persia games was so unfinished that it required the "24/7 online" drm so a puzzle could be done and the game could be finished. And that when the Ubisoft servers were closed the (cracked) game was impossible to finish or something like that
I like that games can be fixed after the fact, hate that it's being abused via beta tests... And DLC... I was a 7800 owner back in the day and loved Impossible Mission, turns out I couldn't beat it because it was actually impossible lol
