Thank you so much for the find! extracted the app with 7zip, dumped kernel, flashed kernal, then added games (app asked me to reconnect my NES so I pushed the power button off and held reset and pressed power on until it was recognized by my laptop). LED turned off and games were there! :) Never...- Flipper

Everything goes smoothly up until the app is done uploading games, when it says to wait for the LED to turn off. It never does and I just get the original menu when I plug it into the the TV. It's the "reset bug" people mentioned here.- Flipper

Just starting to think it wasn't meant to be. Tried every method possible, install/reinstall, different kernels, turning off driver signature checks, using different app versions...nothing works. I'm just guessing some systems can get soft-modded and some can't with the tools available. Thanks...- Flipper

I've been trying all the possible ways to mod this and no luck, same "LED on" problem. I did see a post on reddit saying that it's possible that there are different chipsets for the NES's, meaning that some systems are "unsoft-moddabe" with the tools available.- Flipper

I still have the dump from when I first tried it with the app. That should be fine right? I've been using the updated version of the app in another location while keeping the original one elsewhere. Thank you so much for the app. Appreciate the work. Unfortunately I too have run into the "LED light not turning off" problem. App would finish all the way up to "wait for the LED light to turn off" dialog box, but the light will never turn off. I've tried reinstalling the driver manually and...- Flipper

Well, from what I've heard from my parents, he had a seizure last night, perhaps an epileptic episode, fucking died, had a near death experience, my dad called the paramedics, they showed up, took him to the hospital, and he woke up covered in tubes, and started complaining.
