    GOT IT. I don't know what changed, but I finally got the boot-up. I redid the process and it worked, so I can only assume some file was misplaced or something, and my eyes didn't catch it. At least, that seems like the only logical solution. Thanks for the help, though. Appreciate it, you guys.

    It says to press Select, and I already tried that. It's not that I get get a glitched screen, it's that I get a blank loading page, a single glitched frame, and then it goes back to a blank page before freezing.

    It said to try it a few times, I've tried about ten times with my current set-up. Maybe I'm just unlucky. Luma3DS sounds like a worthwhile CFW, but boy setting it up sure is tedious.

    Yes, of course. And it's clear my 3DS is receiving a good signal, since the Browser's home page comes up quite quickly with all of it's Sun and Moon adverts and whatnot.
