    I have a o3ds with the latest luma and b9s. When I use hbl cia and I try to run decrypt9, it closes and it gets me back to home menu. Any way to launch decrypt9? I need it to convert 3ds into cia

    @Arubaro yes, correct assumption. I can use my emunand backup in case, but would like to keep save games friends etc.. :(

    I updated my emunand 3ds from notice update to the latest firmware, after it shutdown the screen is always black when i try to enter it. I do have a emunand backup working but there is a way to keep games and saves? (not a9lh)
