Hacking can't update
i just bought a ps vita on fw 3.67 and trying to update to 3.68 so i can use Hencore but my ps vita is saying i have the latest firmware when i don't. i've tried a factory reset and updating through safe mode but it hasn't worked. thanks in advance- wannabiimii
