Hacking Official CBHC v1.6 - ColdBoot HaxChi CFW

I always run the CFW Booter in the homebrew launcher when I'm using the Wii U.

I also downloaded the coldboothax from the Homebrew App Store instead of loading it on the sd card manually incase that helps more for pe I understand the risks. It's not that big of a deal to me if my system breaks (though it still sucks lol) so I wanted to try a simple thing by just moving...

Hacking Official CBHC v1.6 - ColdBoot HaxChi CFW

I believe it reloaded the fw.img (red screen on the gamepad stuff) and then it threw me back into the home menu.

Could it be I wasn't on the latest Haxchi? I was on some version before 2.0. I saw no reason to upgrade because mine was working just fine. Edit: I also made my Wii U region free some time ago if that helps with anything.

It's alright. I'm not confident that an unbricking solution can be made in the (near) future. But I guess I'll be sticking to following the CEMU emulator. Maybe I'll be back in 5 years for the Nintendo Switch lol.

No, I do not use a USB for my games. All I did was place it in a folder, after getting back to the system menu, after installing the coldboothax on Yoshi's Island DS.

Sorry about that. I get a message saying, "There is a problem with the system memory. For help, make a note of the error code and visit support.nintendo.com. Error Code: 160-0103 (1) 5.5.1 U (2) WUP-101(02) (3) FW105051785 (4) XXXX-02X0-3110"

Hacking Official CBHC v1.6 - ColdBoot HaxChi CFW

Hello all, sadly I have just bricked my Wii U. Everything went smoothly without error until I rebooted to test. The last thing I did was move the DS game I used into a folder so I don't ever click on it. I would be surprised if that's what caused it though. I don't want to spook anyone to not...
