    This doesn't protect you. Have a EU New 3DS 11.4 with Arm9 and turned off spotpass (but sending system information was strangely on) and looked just now and have the ban. This 3DS has also no NNID set.

    Yeah i know that a new NNID would give me an error. But has anybody tested what will happen if you log in with your old one? The one that was on your 3ds before.
