    Sadly, my sd card went out recently, and I'm planning to get a new one though. I had homebrew, Cfw. I was wondering would I have to reinstall homebew/cfw again? Or would I just need to reinstlall certain things?

    Well it looks like I don't have to reformat my sd card! It just needed to be repaired with windows. Thanks for all your help and being patient with me.

    Ah, so if I make a new folder and drag everything in it, and then delete/ reformat my sd card. When my folder that has the stuff from my sd card I'll still have cfw?

    I believe so, I've used decrypt9 to back up my 3ds.

    Hm that's weird it's not letting me delete it or even move it to my desktop. How do I format it? I think it's already fat32.
