Hacking [GUIDE] The Ultimate Noob PS Vita/PSTV Hacking Guide OP OUTDATED

mlthaku relies on the henkaku exploit in 3.60, you'll have to use h-encore2 and a memory card for anything above 3.61 (unless another webkit exploit comes out, but that won't happen for a while)

Hacking [GUIDE] The Ultimate Noob PS Vita/PSTV Hacking Guide OP OUTDATED

best advice? know what you're putting on your system. it helps if you can read code (even a small amount of c/c++) but even without that, see what other people are saying about a certain software and its risks, look at screenshots, etc. the best way to avoid a ban (although, bans seem to be...

That error? Try what you see and make sure that you know what you're doing. OLED Vita store all user data on the memory card, so formatting would remove games, saves, etc. The error seems to have many different causes, each one relating to a general corruption error. For me, when I did the...

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

Sounds like you aren't using the SoX command.

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

If music.wav is in the SoX folder, then the folder that you should be in is the SoX folder.

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

Are you in the folder with menu.wav? That's where you're supposed to be.

    Hacking I think I bricked my 3DS.

I'm going to say that's personally why my 3DS is bricked (SD card slot came loose internally), reseating the SD card seems annoying though. As a temporary thing, I used to just take out the SD card and put it back in until it booted. Nowadays, it just doesn't work at all.

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

Keep SoX in the folder it was installed in (Program Files (x86)). If you can't figure out how to add things to the path, just access the file directly: "C:\Program Files (x86)\sox-14-4-2\sox.exe" menu.wav --bits 16 --rate 16000 --encoding signed-integer --endian little bgm.pcm.raw Don't use...

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

You installed SoX at `C:\Windows\sox-14-4-2`? It seems the usual path is `C:\Program Files (x86)\sox-14-4-2` or `C:\Program Files\sox-14-4-2`. Try those out instead. As for that, then that means that you can't install it on MSYS2.

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

If I remember correctly, you'll have to open a MSYS2 terminal and go into the directory you need to go into. Also, you'll have to install SoX again. MSYS2 uses pacman, so the command to install SoX is pacman -Sy sox The command for the Makefile is make bgm.pcm.raw If you don't want to deal with...

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

The command `make` doesn't exist? That would mean you don't have DevKitPro, yes. The Makefile cannot be run in this way, it is not a batch script and it will not like being run as one. Add SoX to your path and restart the command prompt.

Homebrew How can I change the background music of TWiLight Menu ++?

Looking at the wiki, it seems that replacing the menu.wav with your custom menu.wav and then running `make bgm.pcm.raw` is the intended method of making custom song. The command that was sent before should work if you execute it in a command prompt, it does the same exact thing the Makefile...

Misc Router does not support Wii, but does support Wii U?

Authentication error. Try what Nintendo describes to do on their support page. The Wii U supports more modern protocols than the Wii (or vWii) does, thus why your internet will work on the Wii U but not in the virtual Wii environment. You'll likely have to edit some router settings. Make sure...
