DS #5241: Super Robot Taisen L (Japan)
I had the same problem but after playing around in the AKAIO menu you have to trun on "Bypass AntiPiracy" setting for the rom. It's not on by default and I never had to use it for other games.- ton9x

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
