When I remove the animation for the top screen which is a simple image which I edited to an video it runs perfectly with the full speed.     It was also 30fps. auto I changed my SD card to 64k cluster size but is still plays it to slow. :/ I will check if I made a mistake somewhere else tomorrow since it's getting quite late now.

    Time to wait... When I pulled the files from the SD card I had about 120MB/s. Now I have to put it back with about 15MB/s. I think this might take a while. ^^

    Please make sure you use the right version for your system. If you have an old 3ds you have use the tool for the o3ds to patch the cia file. You also need to install the patched cia file on your NAND and not the SD card. If you use the newest version of FBI to install the cia file it should ask...
