    ROM Hack [Help] Building a .cia of Sm4sh

    How do I build a .cia for Smash? I want to make a custom .3ds and convert it to a .cia, but when I run the game it always tell me the data is corrupted or that I need the latest update (even though I already have it installed). The only thing I'm modifying is a few skins.

    Homebrew Homebrew for removing Parental Controls?

    I'm trying to hack my friend's o3DS, but he forgot his PIN for parental control. I am able to pay the 50 cents to unlock it, but the 3DS does not have the serial number. Is there a way I can get to be unlocked without calling Nintendo?

    I've been waiting my R4i for a month now. Does anybody know how much do they actually take? I know it said 10-60 days, but will it really take 2 months? (I live in Canada)

    Do you have the mini radiator cooler? I Jerry rigged a heatsink and 5volt fan from a dead graphics card on mine, but eventually wanna get a real cooler/fan.

    My 1500ish games is all hand picked and scraped it's taken me months but zero trash well except MAME.... Tried deleting clones and broke the originals uugghh
