    Its not a ribbon issue, I think I have to remove Nand Capacitor, could be wrong value. Not only that my 3ds seldom moves in the menue to the right by its own. In addition to that, when I plug the ac adapter, and navigate to the wifi settings, both screen become white. Im very confused now...

    The problem is 3ds ribbons once removed never attach back properly. I dont want to remove a capacitor and try again, damn this 3ds is hard to fix. I should note if I enter recovery mode, the shutdown thing doesnt happen :)

    Told you, I sent the board to a repair shop, hes going to place the missing capacitors. Im going to call him and ask him when hes going to be ready. Btw, my board doesnt look "terible" as you are imagining. I shouldnt brush the board I guess :C Ty.
