Too many people telling me different options. I really need to know what is best. And no, I am not using the drive I already have, thats in my laptop. Option 3 is out the window. So what is better? Powered drive or unpowered?
I'm not sure which is better. The one I put up had less storage space but a higher RPM, and is cheaper, but the one you put up is $30 more expensive and has 4x the storage but a lesser RPM.
maybe this would be better? http://www.amazon.com/Western-Digital-Premium-500GB-Drive/dp/B000EXTXSI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1455158981&sr=8-1&keywords=wd+500gb+my+book

Damn its expensive.
Do you perhaps mean an "enclosure?" I'm sorry I'm a little confused.

This doesn't show a port for a power supply. Am I getting the wrong one?
Please give me the syschecker app, also my nintendont settings did not change since the last time posted them.

New problem after formatting drive to 32k cluster. Games don't boot now, loader gets stuck at Init DI... the closest to a full boot I got was a black screen with my wiimote with all lights lit.
