Polarium Advance is just for the GBA hence it doesn't use a touch screen. I do have the DS version which you need a touch screen. I've recently bought a Supercard GBA to use in my Gameboy Micro. Apart from one rom, all the other roms loads and play quite well. The rom I'm having trouble loading is Polarium Advance.
