hello, I am in the safesysupdater an pressed downgrade, and the O3DS has been on a blackscreen with pink dots in the bottom left corner of the top screen, for around 20 minutes now. is it normal? or what should i do?- Shiroyasha

It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid -
