Hacking Downgrade options for Brand New N3DS XL on 9.9?
I have a brand new, N3DS XL with 9.9 firmware. I want to downgrade. The last new one I had was when 10.3 was the latest FW. Then I was able to just update to 10.3 and use what I believe is called browser hax. Can I do the same with newest FW? I thought I read somewhere 10.4 stopped it, but is...- Shadx

I'm still confused about what the easiest method to do this is: I have one O3DS and one N3DSXL. I just downgraded both to 9.2. My goal is to be able to play 3DS roms (online if possible). Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
