    I'm getting this really annoying flicker in Super Metroid's HUD when moving between rooms. If I put a filter on it stops, but the filters drop the fps. Is there a way to fix this?

    I think I remember reading in a thread for one of the private CFWs (can't remember the name of it) that it is possible, and requires initializing the GPU and screen in a certain way.

    You don't need the cia file, that is for those with CFW already installed, or those who have other solutions for patched sig checks. Add the files from the first zip the same way you would with other homebrew apps.

    From what I understand it takes some many, many tries to get it to finally go through. Just make sure you're using the right FW files and keep at it.

    That's very odd, I'm not sure how you managed to corrupt the card. Were you sure you removed it from your computer properly? Not while something was being written to or read from it?

    I also downgraded on the first try from 10.3, I wonder why some have issues with it.

    You need to check the md5 hashes of the files to verify that they are legit and not corrupted. I believe safesysupdater does this for you. Another thing, I've heard that upgrading to 10.3 via a firmware pack leads to more success. Not sure if that's true.
