Have you tried using Luma's Locale Spoofer? You can find the steps in Luma's wiki, change the text in the locale.txt file to the region where the code is from- abcfixtgh

Hacking How to use controller with Luma's input redirection.
x360ce worked for me. Steps that I took: 1)Copy x360ce.exe, xinput1_3.dll and x360ce.ini into the folder containing InputRedirectionClient-Qt.exe 2)Entered 3ds IP and test the controller 3)If fail, close the program and rename xinput1_3.dll to xinput1_1.dll. It's not the movies or games downloads that I would worry about, like breaking into networks, downloading encrypted things, spying on network traffic. I have seen so many "Top Secret" seals on files when I was a kid
