    So I dont want to lose anything, so just replace atmosphere folder altogether, and then replace these certain files: In /switch/ And the rest of the files in the root of the sd card And everything should work? Without me having to reinstall all homebrew/lose progress? Thanks for any answers.

    My hand is basically being forced, can't use eshop, not allowing any online functions without forcing update. My main ones rn are OpenTyrian, a bunch of emulators, and Duke Nukem 3d, nothing will happen to any of that if i update? And everything should still work properly? Thanks for helping guys.

    OP seemed like he was trying to contribute, despite the github now being down. Any tom dick or Sally with enough know how could post a malicious file. I'm not saying I dont trust him I just value my switch more than that to run a executable before anyone else :p
