    I didn't check that menu before, and emuMMC is disabled... Should I choose Migrate emuMMC and Backup, right? I thought I had restored the backup when I selected Restore eMMC in Tools menu.

    Well, good news! The black screen is gone. Bad news, it started the SysNand instead of the Emunand and connected to the internet... I hope the system didn't notice. I'm double checking my hekate_ipl.ini, I guess there is something wrong with this.
