    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

@Swinky @Destroxz Alright then you will have to wait for him to make you a save because of cart specific encryption @zoogie Could you make save files from your cart for both new and old from 9.9u-10.1u (should be six save files I think and 10.1 I believe work on 10.2) and you would help alot...

    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

Destroxz was the 9.9 save that you could restore without it being corrupted the one from page 1 provided by @Swinky As far as I know there might be 2 different encryption keys for USA version of oot3d (yours and Swinky's). There is really no getting around it if that's his problem except wait...

    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

@Swinky No problem I've been busy these last 2 days anyways. Thanks for trying to help me :) with the 9.9.0-26u save file :). There's really nothing we can do if our OoT carts share a different encryption key. I just hope more people share your key than mine *fingers crossed* Anyway I have...

    Homebrew OOTHax with powersaves problem

Do you have the correct boot.3dsx for the version of the hax you are trying to run? Is the save file made for your specific system (o3ds or new 3ds)? Is the save file made for your firmware version? All powersave does is backup and restore an entire save file image. It doesn't know...

    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

I edited my instructions(mostly to cover my own butt) on how to modify the save for other dongles. However you can do two safety checks to ensure you don't brick your cart 1. Make sure the save file you will use with the other save dongle is the same length as a legit backup from that dongle...

    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

Sorry I took so long to get back with the results. Yeah so I re-did the process and checked the file and still no-go. I did learn changing the encryption key breaks some(all???) checksum in place ;___;. Did you test making one for your O3DS 10.1.0-27? @phase Have you used 3dsfuse before...

    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

Hmm this is a little odd so I restored your save unmodified and my game says it's corrupted and formats itself. So I took apart the save and it has a different encryption key from both mine and the one posted by the OP. Anyway so I went ahead and rencrypted with my key and the file grew by...

    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

Yes after you got into hbl you don't require the Exploited cart to remain in the system. This is the most likely solution those of us here will get we just need someone kind enough to spend the time doing it. Furthermore if we could get any one with any save dongle (maybe even SKY3DS user)...

Homebrew OOTHax and Action Replay Power Saves

Any chance you can make a oothax 2.1 powersave dump for old 9.9.0-26u Here's the files needed https://gbatemp.net/attachments/oot3dhax_installer_offline-zip.28171/ http://www.mediafire.com/download/nmz771n1gb97ak7/Themehax_Installer_offline_v1.2.zip Use the otherapp payload from themeHax...

    Homebrew OoT3DHax PowerSave Edition

Omg I've been racking my brain all weekend with this XD. I now know how to decrypt/encrypt the save, can replace the files (with some limitations same size), and resign the save to be used with powersave dongle. Even though I can do all of that I still can't get past the various checksums the...
