Hacking Question Team-Xecuter Real time game switching question

Very unlikely. That will be a security flaw on Nintendo's part. I haven't taken a look at what's in a cart/digital download, but it is highly likely there is a per-cart/digital download unique certificate for that. Once it's redeemed by someone (probably original cart owner), it would not be...

Hacking Can we port Nintendo Switch OS on Nvidia Shield TV?

There are definitely pros and cons to each. The question would then be, would any developer out there be interested in porting it over? A lot of reverse engineering and time would be invested.

Hacking Can we port Nintendo Switch OS on Nvidia Shield TV?

Yes you are right about that. I should have been more clear. I more meant feature wise. However, even speeds might not be much of a difference. Emulated code is slower, but PCs have way more computing power than the nvidea shield.

Hacking Can we port Nintendo Switch OS on Nvidia Shield TV?

If you can, it would be no different than running a switch emulator on your computer. You wont have access to eshop and online services due to not having a console certificate.

    Hacking Question Is downgrading possible?

Exactly! Either way, you will need to use a USB-C payload and have the same privileges regardless of whether you are on 1.0 or 5.0.

    Hacking Question Is downgrading possible?

It seems that there is a bit of confusion. To clarify, in order for you to disable fuse checks, you would need full access/privileges to do so. And if you have full access/privileges, there is no purpose to downgrade except for research purposes.

Hacking jamais vu - a 1.0.0 TrustZone code execution exploit for the Nintendo Switch

With the highest level of privileges through TrustZone, we have what's called Emunand - a copy of your NAND on your SD card. All writes and reads to and from the NAND on your system is redirected to this copy. Therefore, you are able to update your emunand to the latest version, be able to play...

Hacking jamais vu - a 1.0.0 TrustZone code execution exploit for the Nintendo Switch

I would imagine some kind of cheat support such as memory editing could be a possibility.

ROM Hack [Release] ultraSuMoFramework - NTR Plugin for Ultra SuMo

I have ultra sun and it works on my end. Also, cro editing is something else. I'm talking about using the "search" feature shown on your bottom screen when you press select. It allows you to scan for changes in memory - very much like how cheat engine would on a windows computer.

ROM Hack [Release] ultraSuMoFramework - NTR Plugin for Ultra SuMo

In that case I'm not sure what's wrong. You will probably have to do a manual search in your memory to find the right address and modify it yourself.

Is your game updated to version 1.1?

ROM Hack [Release] ultraSuMoFramework - NTR Plugin for Ultra SuMo

The wormhole hack took me a while to figure out. I personally thought that activating the wormhole hack while in ultraspace would change the very next wormhole I enter. However, I was wrong. It makes it so that any wormholes that are being generated are changed to the color and level you chose...

Hacking Could it be possible to downgrade the switch somewhen

When and if we are able to hack the switch to bypass efuse verification, it would probably be unnecessary to downgrade since it will very likely require a kernel exploit to do so.

Hacking Question Amount of people hacking their Switch/3DS?

As of this post, there are 369,398 members in GBATemp. There has already been over 2.74 million consoles sold and more to be sold. Also, take note that not all members here on GBATemp want to hack a switch, own a switch, nor even plan on getting one. And likewise, not everyone who wants the...

Hacking Suggestion Backing donations with a multisig bitcoin escrow.

https://twitter.com/smealum/status/854155527789568000 Granted, there is no 100% confirmation but someone out there believes they aren't switch exploits. :P

Hacking Friendly warning, new games will update your switch to 2.1.0.

Well yea, I thought by mentioning that my version is digital that people would know/guess that the digital version doesn't seem to have the update requirement which contradicts the thread. Also, whether it's through an internet web page or not doesn't affect the ability to include the update...

Hacking Friendly warning, new games will update your switch to 2.1.0.

My system is still on 2.0 after getting a digital copy of ARMS. No prompt to update and I can play the game just fine. Haven't tried playing online yet though.

Homebrew Why I think it is fine to update to 2.1.0 even if you want to have homebrew

I'm fairly certain I saw a post somewhere saying hardmod downgrades isn't working. You'd get a blue screen.

Hacking {DEBUNKED} Splatoon 2 hacker spotted.

I too heard it was because of a disconnected user. But also putting it out there that just because there isn't a public way of bypassing DEP and running homebrew doesn't mean there isn't a private way of doing so.
