If I go by risk vs reward. I just feel i have a lot more to risk by updating. Most of my purchases have not been digital besides smash dlc and Duel Destinies. I would have no problem repurchasing them if that meant I have 9.9 fw 3ds set to go.- Bluebirde

Hello complete noob here, I have a o3ds v 9.9.0-26. I got the hhd bundle and plan to transfer my account to that 3ds. Hacking Wanting a 3DS XL Flashcart for my kids, which one is best?

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
