No, I tried updating the card then I pulled it out during. auto Welp, I'm ordering a new card from nds-card.com comes on Friday, thanks for yer help all! I'll try not to brick this one as it was 40 bucks. Also, does R4i Gold 3DS support 32GB micro sd?- thepupscast

The NDSL just gives me a white screen when I load up the card. auto Wess, this is a good idea, but sadly nobody I know has an R4i card.- thepupscast

Well, a while ago I bought a r4i gold for 3ds. I installed the firmware and it worked perfectly on my 3ds. Then I hit the update button. While it was doing its thing, I pulled the card out of the 3ds. And it didn't work. I bought a new microsd and it still didn't work. Doesn't show up in menu...- thepupscast

I wonder if I could recommend that to some emulation devs that perhaps the sound could use some smoothing out to simulate those old TVs -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
