    Seemingly not. At the very least, VW2 doesn’t work — error on startup. I haven’t seen anyone else get a Dray hack to work yet.

    this is true, but running a program meant for PCs on a 3DS is already suicide; SRB2 is a badly optimized mess and you'd have an easier time porting MM8BDM to 3DS, which is in and of itself another thing that would melt 3DSes due to sheer intensiveness
