    Piracy isn't theft. It's copyright infringement. That's why you get sued over it in most countries and not arrested.

    Justified in many cases, like end of life when you can't buy new games (like what's happening to the PS3 and Vita next year). But you'd have to be able to see nuance, which I don't think some snarky turd whose about as clever as a bad Adam Sandler movie is capable of doing.

    That's not theft. That's copyright infringement. They weren't "taken" from the servers, they were copied without permission. To take something in the sense of theft would require it to be removed from the possession of another, which unlawfully copying files doesn't do.

    Probably not. I'm hoping for a Vita port of the Twilight Princess decomp too. My modded Switch one is basically falling apart (refurb from GameStop, had a lot of issues, I'll repair it eventually), so having older console game ports on a more portable console would be really cool.

    Luckily because this is all done through memory manipulation in thr emulator I don't think real compatibility issues will be a thing. Luckily mGBA seems to be the standard emulator for hacks now.

    Nope, unfortunately. I mean it's like an hour of hunting again if I use an emulator, but I was doing this on console through Twilight Menu.
