    But isn't the fact that I have access to my old save (the game I was working on prior to converting) evidence of it not working? I thought .3dz roms made .3ds saves obsolete?

    Just so folks know, when I was doing the import, the Gateway Patcher said something to the effect of, the rom already has a header on it. But I didn't read anything about that being an issue and pressed 'apply' anyway.

    I think I'm gonna' just go with .3dz and hope Nintendo doesn't get mad at me for using the same header across a million games. I want to have a great rescue team, after all snarfle snarf.

    Thank you! Okay so, from what I understand, being in emuNand is actually just being in Gateway mode? Are these the same thing? Maybe I just haven't gotten that far yet. Edit: And if anyone is willing, can you explain what sysNAND and emuNAND being linked or unlinked means?

    Thank you so much, I'll only use .cia then. When you say Gateway don't work, do you mean going in through the website, or do you mean the anything? Like, is the reason why it won't work because you need be at 9.2 to access the website through the 3DS in order to start the process? o_o;;

    I I'm so sorry if these questions are annoying. How do I know if it's a .cia rom? Are they TOP SECRET? Ah, I'm so sorry, don't hit me. But seriously, I have to find .cia roms and not use .3ds roms? Is that tricky to do? Augh. My knowledge is so limited.

    Oh hey, don't worry about it. Thank you so much for advising me anyway. Hmm... maybe I can get a 3DS off Kijiji. I need an extra 3DS to play titles I want to go online with, anyway, right? You can't go online with Gateway 3DS, correct?
