Considering that the most recent browser version for your O3DS XL is 1.7616, which was introduced in firmware version 10.2.0-28, you cannot use the browser unless you perform a system update. Gaming What was your VERY FIRST 3DS game?
I bought my Aqua Blue 3DS along with a game on May 11, 2011. That game was Splinter Cell 3D. I beat the game, I'd say it was a pretty good. Just too bad it was short though...- @lexander
