Calebw im sorry for not reading well but i dont understand this commands, could you help me extracting the banner and icon .bin? I extracted exefs bin with makerom but after copy and pasting the command it says ctrtool: invalid option --e and then it shows me all the options- Brandon1990

Sorry for not being helpfull but that was my solution, obviously i tried several times (20), the first time it worked but devmenu wasnt showing on my 3ds so i updated, downloaded a demo, returned to 4.5 after that my 3ds was freezing a lot after turning off wifi but after several times it worked :)- Brandon1990

Turn it off and then turn it on after that you should start run.bat. If it doesnt work try it again and hopefully your 3ds will not freeze. I tried it several times and turned wifi off after the 3ds booted- Brandon1990

Try turning off your 3ds wifi while you are on CFW 2-3 times until your computer recognize your 3ds. That worked for me- Brandon1990
